Buxton Street is a traditional cobbled courtyard directly off of Church Road. It isn’t possible to park in Buxton Street but Church Road has lots of free on street parking and also has a free car park.
We’re a five minute walk from Gatley Station. The No 44 Bus from Manchester Piccadilly also stops in Church Road, Gatley, directly opposite Buxton Street.
Gatley is a pretty and busy village approximately seven miles south of the centre of Manchester. It has a vibrant culture with lots of independent shops trading a range of unusual and artisan goods as well as most of the usual necessities. It also has a great range of pubs, bars, cafes and coffee shops if you’d like to stop for a bite to eat or a celebratory drink after you’ve visited us. We’re delighted to have tested most of these hostelries so if you’d like to ask us we’d be happy to recommend you some of our favourites.
Gatley is well served by road being close to the M60 and the M56 Motorways. Unusually these days it has ample free parking and it’s almost always possible to find a space either on the Street in Church Road. There is also a free Village Car Park next to the Co-op Store in Church Road. This route planner will help you find us.
It also has a Train Station offering services to Manchester, Stockport and beyond. Travel times from London direct to Gatley are approximately 2.5 hours.
If you are coming from further afield Gatley is approximately four miles from Manchester International Airport.
